These guidelines apply to plate artwork and designs submitted for the library.

What belongs on a plate

• No nudity or sexual content.
• No hate symbols or harassment.
• You must own, or have permission to use, anything you upload: backgrounds, logos, images and other artwork.
• No AI art in designs submitted for the library.

Your artwork is your responsibility

Builder plates are printed as you made them, with no review. Podium Pro may refuse an order that breaks the plate content guidelines.

Names, numbers and the Podium Pro logo

Numbers resize to fit. Below the 3-inch check, including the print allowance, a note appears; you can still order. Mini stickers and side plates are exempt. The Podium Pro logo is on every plate; it can be moved or enlarged, with a small readable minimum.

Submitting a design for the library

Submit your own design. No AI art. A 10% royalty applies if it is listed. The submission agreement will be available when submissions open.

Orders, refunds and shipping

Plates you design in the builder are printed as you made them, with no review. Plates are made to order. A refund is available only if your plate arrives damaged or not as described. No refunds are available otherwise. To request a refund for either issue, email podiumprodesignco@outlook.com. Podium Pro may refuse an order that breaks the plate content guidelines. Choose USPS Ground Advantage or the USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box within the US. See the terms for the dated shipping price and tax.
